Returns

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or a full refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
