Little Quest Learning is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Little Quest Learning reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Little Quest Learning does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information for all purchases.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays, weather, supplier processing, or other events outside our control.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different dates.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, if a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Little Quest Learning is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Little Quest Learning.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Little Quest Learning, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Little Quest Learning.
